How to make Action ’21 ice cream in a bag.
Serve up an ice cream treat.
First add the milk, sugar and vanilla to the medium food bag and close the seal.
Next put enough ice cubes in the larger food bag to fill it about one third full and add the salt.
Then put the smaller bag inside the larger bag and seal it carefully.
Now carefully hold the top of both bags and shake them for about 5-10 minutes. You may need someone to help you to do this.
When the milk mixture in the smaller bag feels hard, you know that your ice cream is ready!
Take out the smaller bag with your ice cream mix in it, use very COLD water to rinse off the icy salt water on the outside.
Finally, you could crush 2-3 small cookies (of your choice) and mix these together in the bag with your ice cream.
Why not try adding other flavourings to your ice cream and let us know what your favourites were!
Serve in a bowl, or from the bag. Get a spoon, relax and enjoy your ice cream made in a bag!
